PORT ADDRESS OPTION
In the Port Address option you can specify a fixed port address for the Intellex unit to
use for connecting to a network. The default settings are:
• 5000 for the Communications port
• 5001 for the Live Video port
• 5003 for the Event Notification port
Unless instructed otherwise by your IS administrator, you should accept these
settings, as they correspond to the default settings in the Network Client software. If
you do change port address assignments, they will take effect only after the unit is
restarted.

Client Installation & Operating Instructions for details on configuring the Network
Client software to communicate with your Intellex unit.
